Jiawei’s research centers on language processing, specifically investigating prediction during narrative comprehension using iEEG. She applies encoding models to analyze hierarchical features in narratives. She also collaborates with Prof. Dr. Radoslaw Martin Cichy in the Neural Dynamics of Visual Cognition Group within the Department of Education and Psychology at Freie Universität Berlin.
