Marian's interests focus on computational and cognitive mechanisms underlying language processing, with a particular emphasis on predictive processing and language comprehension. She has worked on projects investigating language learning, speech perception, psychophysiology, and computational modelling.

Outside of research, she enjoys photography, baking, reading, spending time outdoors, and playing the clarinet
